Job Functions: Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations as part of the month-end close Maintain balance sheet, bank, prepaid, and accrual schedules Assist with internal financial reporting and year-end audit support Support operational accounting, including AP, billing, payroll, benefits, fixed assets, and depreciation Monitor expense coding, investigate discrepancies, and ensure policy compliance Assist with cash reporting, reconciliations, forecasting inputs, and payment documentation Support internal controls, process documentation, and workflow improvements Partner cross-functionally with HR, operations, and management on accounting matters Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance CPA or CPA candidate preferred 3–6 yea...
