Conference Services Manager – Isla Bella Beach Resort & Tranquility Bay Job Summary: Isla Bella Beach Resort and Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort are seeking a results-driven and service-focused Conference Services Manager to lead event planning and execution across both properties in Marathon, Florida. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and resort teams, ensuring seamless execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events while maximizing revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience through strategic upselling and thoughtful event planning.
