This role is fully onsite , located at our Corporate Atlanta office . What we are looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT Management or another related field required - Computer troubleshooting knowledge and skills including MS active directory, current Windows desktop and server operating systems, knowledge of HP switches, phone systems (mobile and landline) - Working knowledge of VMWare ESXi environment operations and maintenance, Cisco and HP switches, software, phone systems (mobile and landline) experience preferred - Ability to keep up to date with new and emerging technologies. - Good written and verbal communication, with a strong customer service, and ability to work as a team and unsupervised. - Great attitude with professionalism to support high end office with directors and managers.
