About this position: LMCU is currently looking for a Card Services Specialist to join our team. This Card Services Specialist I role requires a deep understanding of credit union products and services, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The Card Services Specialist I assists staff and members with account and card questions; control issuing, blocking, or renewal of credit cards/ATM cards/Debit cards as well as reviewing charges to determine fraudulent activity.
