Job Summary Responsible for day-to-day activities of Maintenance Department for either 1 or multiple areas during 24/7 operation. Responsibilities include proper operation of all systems and equipment as well as administrative activities related to personnel reporting to incumbent. Must be able to manage the expense and overtime budgets. Salary Range: $90,816 - $126,991: Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 10% of the base salary. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
