We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lead QA Monitor , reporting to the QA Supervisor at our St. George, NB facility. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor QA performance, efficiency, and data‑logging accuracy. - Conduct QA training sessions for team members. - Perform daily internal facility audits to ensure compliance and operational quality. - Monitor Out‑of‑Spec products and determine the root cause of nonconformities. - Complete customer rectification inspections related to product complaints. - Investigate customer complaints and conduct root‑cause analysis.
