Staffing Solutions Specialist - Internal Float Pool

Job description

Overview The Staffing Solutions Specialist coordinates and supports community staffing needs through placement of Internal Float Pool associates in communities with open shifts, onboarding, and best practices support for community Staffing Coordinators, and completing daily time and attendance tracking of Internal Float Pool Employees to ensure accurate associate compensation and utilization reporting. Responsibilities: Performs other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned. - Coordinates staffing requests and assignments from start to finish, including but not limited to confirming scheduled shifts directly with each associate and community and communicating regularly with the associate and the community to ensure both experience a positive outcome. - Maintains accurate records on associate availability, contact information, location, certifications, qualifications and preferences.
