The activities: - Being the point of contact for customers across the assigned market(s). - Conducting reactivation outbound calls to former subscribers to understand their needs and encourage them to return. - Clarifying questions related to meal-kit plans, delivery schedules, subscription flexibility, and recipe options. - Ensuring smooth customer experiences through accurate information sharing and effective problem resolution. - Supporting quality service delivery aligned with the client's mission of simple, enjoyable home-cooking. - Contributing to the achievement of the client's operational objectives.
