Position Summary: This position is responsible primarily project management of different projects with the procurement organization. This position will act as Sr. Buyer Project Manager, will also purchase other goods and service for the company in an efficient and economical manner following established policies and procedures Key Accountabilities: - Manage Projects from order to close out: Project scope and goal definition, work break structure, scheduling, risk management and commercial management. - Lead a cross functional project team. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. - Prepare and deliver project progress reports to executive management. - Develop, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to accomplish material cost, availability and inventory goals - Negotiate pricing, terms and annual contracts with suppliers - Analyze supplier cost / pricing information and benchmark the competition - Trou...
