The Opportunity Ulteig is excited to announce that we are seeking qualified candidates for an Associate Director position in our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Department. The Associate Director will focus on leading technical engineering managers and teams consisting of professionals across the department while also supporting projects as a lead engineer and business development initiatives that drive revenue growth for the T&D Department. What You'll Do: Project Responsibilities - 20 %: - Manages and leads all engineering activities during the proposal, design, quality control, and construction stages of transmission line projects that are assigned. - Provides management and leadership for subconsultants - Provides project oversight, primary as Project Sponsor level on transmission line projects, including managing engineering scope according to technical contracts, developing change orders, and maintaining project schedules. - Directs and coordinates activities of several disciplines on a project of significant scope or a combination of large projects. - Maintains high levels of quality to meet internal and external client requirements in alignment with company expectations....
