HOURS: 37.5 hours per week QUALIFICATIONS: High school Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, business management or related field preferred. Previous experience in facility maintenance or related field with at least three years in a supervisory role required. Certification in facilities management a plus. Knowledgeable in DOB, ECB, HPD, DOMH, FDNY, DSNY and HRA/DHS regulations strongly preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to communicate in English. Computer proficiency required including ability to schedule with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. *Vaccination preferred but not required. - Responsible for responding to all work order requests from tenants related to repairs in all units and making the necessary repairs.
