Seeking a strong General Manager with last-mile food service experience who can effectively lead a tenured workforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing full facility operations, transportation oversight, and developing high-performing teams. This is a 24/7 facility. This site has up to 110 - 120+ employees and have several Domicile Locations. Provide strategic direction and operational support to meet the established goals for a small to medium sized warehouse which carries a broad scope of responsibilities and complexity. Operate facility while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
