Classification Title: Compliance Analyst I Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: Case Management and Compliance Support •Serve as a point of contact for employees requesting reasonable accommodations under the direction of the Director and Senior Director, Compliance/ADA/504 Coordinator (Senior Director) •Assist with coordinating the interactive process in accordance with established ADA Compliance Office procedures •Review accommodation requests and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with UF policies •Coordinate meetings, information sessions, and communications with employees, supervisors, UFHR, and other campus partners •Document meetings, discussions, and other activities taken throughout the interactive process and the management of employee accommodation cases. •Draft accommodation-related documentation for review and approval •Assist with monitoring implementation of approved accommodations •Maintain accurate, confidential electronic case files, logs and tracking records Compliance Review, Records and Reporting: •Review ADA-related files t...
