Job description

Summary: - Provide case management services for the clients of The Salvation Army Harbor Light - Facilitate didactic groups and case management services Qualifications: Education/Experience: - Conducts didactics/educational lectures - Maintain case records in accordance with Harbor Light standards - Serve as Case Manager to treatment clients - Assists clinical staff with various tasks as assigned (i.e. make packets, assist clients with nonclinical issues, etc.) - Participates in the review of all clinical issues, activities and program policies and procedures - Attends all clinical staff meetings, and team conferences - Participates in educational courses, seminars, workshops, current literature and in-service meetings to enhance treatment skills - Ability to determine needs and to work with multi-problem individuals - Ability to develop rapport, trust and confidence in client relationships - Must possess good communication and teamwork skills - Strong organizational skills - TB Test and police clearance required - Authorization to work within The United States - A bachelor's degree in social work or an equivalent comparable human services field is required - Experience in case man...
