Job description

Possesses and maintains a working knowledge of Epic's suite of outpatient clinical documentation applications, primarily EpicCare Ambulatory. Demonstrates ability to analyze operational workflows, challenges and requests and devise appropriate solutions. Ability to translate end user requirements into specific application configuration changes with a solid understanding of change management. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of computer systems, applications and interfaces. Proficient in creating detailed documentation, including system design documentation, procedures, process and data flows, project plans, and recommendations for system enhancements and replacements.
