Below is a breakdown of the key responsibilities and expectations for this role: Job Overview: Primary Responsibilities: - Handling, preparing, cooking, and serving food. - Catering to regular, modified, and special dietary needs. Sanitation: - Ensuring all work, preparation, and serving areas are kept clean and sanitary. Key Qualities for Applicants: - Understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols. - Ability to accommodate dietary modifications (e.g., special diets for medical or health conditions). - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple food preparation and serving tasks efficiently. Job Type/Salary: Posted until filled - This is a full-time, shift position. Shifts are 8 hours in duration. Both Saturday's and Sunday's are REQUIRED for this position.
