The Role: We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Loss Prevention Manager to lead and strengthen inventory integrity, shrink reduction and risk mitigation across our retail network in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Retail Operations , this role plays a critical part in delivering Oroton’s Loss Prevention strategy through strong governance, data-led insights and operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally with teams across Retail, Merchandise, Supply Chain, Finance and People & Culture, influencing behaviours and driving accountability at every level of the business.
