SCOPE OF WORK: Administers the Paramedic Emergency Medicine program through the development, implementation, evaluation, and advancement of course curriculum and programs, teaching effectiveness, student advisement, academic support systems, and program promotion. Ensures the Paramedic Emergency Medicine program remains compliant with state and national accreditations. This position reports to the Chair of the Department of Healthcare Professions at NHTI – Concord’s Community College. ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Supervises and evaluates department faculty, staff, and medical directors; assigns course loads to faculty and staff. - In consultation with the dept. chair, recruits, interviews, and recommends candidates for faculty, staff, and medical director appointments to the Vice-President of Academic & Workforce Education. - Recruits, interviews, and recommends student-candidates for acceptance to the program. - Develops and implements training plans for the program’s faculty and staff; maintains program policy manuals for faculty, staff, and students in accordance with state and national accreditation. - Interfaces with the program’s lead instructor, faculty, and medical directors on a re...
