Nikita Constructionis looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator for its projects with Sandman Hotel Group in Sudbury/ON Reporting to the Site Superintendent, our Heavy Equipment Operatormust ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies. They will follow project specifications and timelines, working efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines. Effective communication with supervisors and team members is essential to maintainhigh standardsof quality and efficiency. Your key duties will include: Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, front loader, rolling machine, skidsteer. Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure safe operation. Follow site plans, markings, and instructions to carry out tasks efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with supervisors and site crew to ensure smooth and timelyproject execution. Comply withall safety standards, regulations, and company policies. Report any equipment malfunctions or site hazards to the supervisor immediately. Support the growth and development of company culture. Perform other duties as required.
