Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Norbar Torque Tools, a division of Snap-on Incorporated, as a Shipping & Receiving Lead. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring the timely delivery of products to our customers and the proper storage and handling of received goods. Receiving: Shipping: - Unload incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and condition against packing slips and purchase orders. - Receive and process incoming goods for service department work. - Report any discrepancies or damages to designated personnel. - Properly store received goods, maintaining accurate inventory records. - Pick and pack orders based on customer requests and shipping instructions. - Weigh and measure packages to determine appropriate shipping methods and costs. - Prepare and print shipping labels, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation. - Schedule pick-ups with carriers and track outgoing shipments.
