ERP Training Lead

Job description

Purpose of the Position: The ERP Training Lead is responsible for creating and executing the ERP Training Strategy to ensure all campus stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to adopt the new system. This role oversees the planning, development, and delivery of all training activities — from live instruction to on-demand resources — and ensures that Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) is used strategically to maximize learning and retention. The Training Lead will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), business process owners, and the Change Management team to ensure a consistent, engaging, and user-focused training experience.
