Hours – 10:00AM – 6:00PM EST Location – Hauppauge, New York Office (Monday – Friday) ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain a superior level knowledge of systems and various applications software Ensure IT helpdesk and tickets issued are handled in an efficient manner. Provide IT training to new users and possess an ability to patiently continue teaching and reinforce concepts. Ability to prioritize and pivot as bustiness needs and stakeholders needs change.
