Department: 34102 AMC Mount Pleasant - Nursing Float Pool Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: - Three 12-hour shifts per week 7pm- 730am - $5/hour Night Differential - $4/hour Float Premium - Weekend and holiday rotation Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Registered Nurse (RN) – Float: Mt. Pleasant, WI, United States: Where You Will Work: Med/Surge Garden is a 24-bed medical/surgical unit with mixed acuity, specializing in the care of stroke and oncology patients and Med Surg I is a 24-bed acute care unit specializes in medical-surgical, orthopedic, surgical, and trauma care, serving primarily surgical and orthopedic patients. Nurse-to-patient ratios for both Med Surg units are typically 5:1, and nursing assistant ratios are 6-7:1. Our Med Surg units thrive on teamwork, accountability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
