IFS Functional Consultant (IFS Cloud / PSO) Amsterdam, Netherlands: Contract: 6 Months | Start: ASAP Work Setup: Onsite: About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IFS Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of IFS Cloud , with a focus on Project Service Operations (PSO) and Service Management. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that enhance field service operations across the full project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional IFS PSO solutions System Configuration: Lead workshops and configure IFS Cloud modules, including Service Management, PSO, Projects, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance Testing & Validation: Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements Training & Support: Develop and deliver end-user training (in Dutch) and provide ongoing system support Integration: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, SDDs, and user manuals Client Management...
