Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 12 years of experience in sales, consulting, or engineering within the Financial Services Industry. - 5 years of experience managing projects or accounts. - 5 years of experience in people management. - Experience developing and executing multi-year business plans. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with blockchain, DLT, or digital asset infrastructure in a financial services context. - Experience navigating and leading cross-functional alignment across Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams. - Experience in commercial structuring, including pricing models and subscription-based revenue agreements. - Ability to launch new products or enter new markets. - Ability to meet or exceed revenue or adoption targets. - Ability to manage partnerships with external financial institutions and "Market Makers".
