ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Conducts risk assessments, collecting and analyzing documentation, statistics, and reports; Responsible for coordinating activities resulting in accreditation; Conducts and facilitates risk management educational presentations; Abstracts charts for core measures, coordinates internal mock surveys, and serves as a resource in complying with the Accreditation body; Creates and maintains Risk Management Policies and Procedures and reviews other division's policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accreditations and patient safety standards; Oversees the compliance activities throughout the...
