Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Rehab Clinic Assistant to join our team! Performs a variety of clerical and clinical tasks assisting the Rehabilitation Services Care Teams in providing outstanding patient care and services. Wound Care Technician – Specific Tasks Patient & Clinic Flow: - Greet patients and families upon arrival and provide basic assistance as needed - Notify therapists/providers when patients arrive - Assist with rooming patients and preparing them for treatment - Support patient positioning and comfort during wound care visits - Monitor patient wait times and assist with flow as directed Wound Care & Treatment Support: - Prepare wound care carts prior to treatments (supplies, PPE, dressings) - Set up and break down treatment rooms for wound care visits - Assist therapists and providers during wound care treatments within training and scope - Support bedside wound care with therapists as assigned - Assist with paging MDs, PAs, NPs, and Access Assistants when needed - Coordinate patient transport using approved paging wor...
