Act as a liaison for patient testing, scheduling, and referrals while assisting in patient education and the implementation of care plans. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. C urrent Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Licensed Practical Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC). 2. State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas. 3. Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire. EXPERIENCE : 1.
