Description Job summary: - The Operations Manager is responsible for assisting in the directing and coordinating activities of terminal employees to provide cost effective, timely, quality service to customers. - Investigate customer complaints and resolve problems. Interview, select, train, and assign new personnel. - Enforce compliance of all company policies and procedures, safety rules and governmental regulations. - Review and analyze expenditure, financial and operations reports to determine requirements for increasing profits and improving processes. Ability to work extended hours, including nights and weekends as necessary.
