RoboFit is excited to offer a Team Leader Position. We are seeking a highly motivated Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Exercise Physiologist, looking to take the next step in their career, with previous experience leading a small team of therapists in a clinical setting. This role receives strong support from our Management team and is an appealing combination of both operational and clinical responsibilities. We are looking for someone with neurological specific experience, who has a passion to work for a for-purpose, client centred, goal orientated organisation. The current team is made up of Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists. The role supports and assists a growing team of mixed-experienced staff in the delivery of progressive exercise programs and therapy for the neurological population, with innovative equipment and facilities. The Team Leader role involves: - Leading a team to deliver exceptional quality therapy within a community setting to clients with neurological conditions such as spinal cord injury, stroke, MS, Parkinson’s Disease, Cerebral Palsy etc - Leading a multidisciplinary team of clinicians with varying levels of experience. - Oversee day to...
