Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Greet each guest entering the lobby; notify specific employees of guest arrival. Maintain log of all visitors to location. Screen incoming phone calls/correspondence and direct to appropriate personnel. Respond independently, when possible, including, but not limited to, general order status inquiries from customers. Retrieve/accept and distribute all incoming mail. Ship packages as requested by employees. Organize and distribute incoming checks to appropriate personnel. Maintain Company conference room schedules to ensure proper utilization of space. Perform daily basic customer account maintenance, license updates, and contact information. Process daily sales orders as needed. Process and coordinate of customer pick-up orders. Maintain organization and cleanliness of copy room.
