Shipping & Receiving Clerk I Position Summary: Under the direction of the Materials Manager, receives incoming products and materials and processes outgoing shipments of products and materials as needed. Refers questions and problems to pertinent departments for action. Follows detailed instructions and reports any deviation to manager. The role requires the above to be accomplished within Tecomet’s principles of continuous improvement, customer driven innovation and a win first culture, while meeting company financial and other performance metrics. Principle Responsibilities: - Follows existing policies, practices, and procedures. - Packages, crates, bundles, prepares product for shipment. - Receives goods based on proper paperwork. - Utilizes judgment in rejecting receipt of potentially damaged good. - Takes ownership when counting inventory for finished goods and sub-assemblies. Utilizes ERP as system of record. - Administers issue/issue return of kits. - Run daily backlog report from ERP system. - Coordinate and manage delivery driver and delivery schedule - Coordinate point of use staging - Procurement of all items as required - Maintain a clean work area – daily shift cleanin...
