The Role We Want You For The Project Manager will be based on the construction project site. In this role you will be responsible for taking projects from conceptual stages through closeout. You will work as part of a team to provide the best solutions on design-build projects anywhere from $20 million to over $200 million. The Specifics of the Role: - Participate with project team and preconstruction services in development of a Project Chart of Accounts. - Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan. - Assist Superintendent in the management of subcontractors. - Maintain understanding of the Clayco/Owner contract. - Oversee the submittal, change order,...
