About the Job: The Senior Performance Manager is responsible for leading relatively large, new and/or complex third-party relationships, programs, and initiatives. In this role you will foster relationships with partners to drive organizational success, analyze initiatives, execute on strategic priorities, measures against performance goals, and ensures consumer treatment in line with our values and policies. Responsibilities include: - Own third-party vendor relationships and performance related to the company’s strategy and goals. - Analyze business drivers at both the partner and program level to manage and improve performance. - Build, set, and communicate performance plans to get results including Identify areas where a change is vital. - Identify root causes and frame a solution while considering insights of internal/external partners. Generate a range of solutions with associated benefits, costs, and risks. - Deliver on strategic and program priorities.
