Job description

Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for Safety, Quality, Planning, Scheduling, Budget, Change Management, and all on-site Construction activities. This position requires close coordination with the construction team, contractors, suppliers, and the owner’s representatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain a culture of Safety on the job site with all direct team members, contractors, and sub-contractors. - Establish and manage a quality program for the project including but not limited to quality hold points during construction and sign off criteria. - Responsible for work coordination between contractors, suppliers, and owners team. - Prepare and maintain a detailed schedule for construction. - Responsible for tracking all invoices, payments, change orders, and back charges. - Manage project communications, transmittals, and routine project reporting. - Ensure all Requests for Information are answered in a timely manner. - Evaluate and Mitigate risks to project performance related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost. - Act as primary contact with the customer. - The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required.
