In this high-level management role, you’ll supervise 35–40 staff members and oversee daily activities for work crews handling routine maintenance, emergency response, and special projects. You’ll manage about an $18 million annual budget, coordinate equipment and resources, ensure safety, and work closely with engineering teams and core business services on staffing, budgeting, training, and operational planning. Reporting directly to the Stormwater Director, your leadership will directly influence the efficiency, safety, and success of critical stormwater operations. The pay starts between $95,000.00 - $112,000.00/ annually (based on experience), and benefits begin within 60 days of hire .
