Role Overview Sodexo is hiring our Director of Custodial Operations for a K-12 school district in the greater Indianapolis area of Indiana. Our leader will serve as the strategic and operational leader for large‑scale custodial programs across the K–12 environment. This role requires a visionary operator who can influence senior institutional leadership and boards, elevate service delivery standards, and drive organizational excellence across multiple campuses. You will shape long‑term client partnerships at the C‑suite level while cultivating a high‑performance culture among field leaders and frontline teams. This is an executive role for a leader who thrives in complex environments, understands the unique operational demands of educational facilities, and can inspire teams through both strategic direction and visible, in‑the‑field leadership.
