We are searching for a Technical Project Lead for our Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland location. This position will be onsite, 5 days a week. Primary responsibility will be to technically manage cost, schedule, and performance of R&D engineering projects. Qualifications: Individual Capabilities/Experience Required: - Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, physics or other related discipline plus at least 7 years of engineering experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project lead role technically managing cost, schedule and performance of R&D engineering projects - Position requires an active Top Secret clearance, with SCI eligibility - US Citizenship - Should have robust knowledge/experience of EO/IR technologies , RF technologies or Electronic Warfare (EW) technologies - Experience with military system RDT&E processes and...
