Our office cares for patients from birth through the college years, is an established user of electronic medical records (EMR), and strives to foster a collaborative and supportive team atmosphere. The Operations Manager at Piedmont Pediatrics is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational performance of a private pediatric outpatient clinic with two physical locations. This role ensures efficient clinic operations, consistent policies and procedures across sites, regulatory compliance, strong staff performance, and a high-quality patient and family experience. The Operations Manager serves as a key liaison between clinical teams, administrative staff, and leadership.
