Maintenance Manager

Utz Quality Foods is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for our facility in Hanover, PA. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the maintenance and repair of all plant processing and packaging machinery and equipment to ensure uninterrupted production at our food manufacturing facility. This role ensures compliance with all safety, regulatory, and food quality standards while driving efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across the maintenance function. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all aspects of plant maintenance including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on all processing and packaging equipment. - Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance (PM) program to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset life. - Manage the maintenance team including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling. - Collaborate with production, quality, and sanitation teams to align maintenance activities with plant operations. - Ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of equipment to minimize disruption to manufacturing. - Maintain compliance with OSHA, FDA, USDA, and other...
