The Validation Engineer has deep knowledge of agricultural equipment and its operation, with a strong focus on understanding customer needs. They serve as the engineering “eyes and ears,” investigating and resolving complex product quality and reliability issues through hands-on equipment operation, data collection, and analysis. The role involves frequent interaction with dealer service managers and technicians, with the goal of improving product reliability, customer satisfaction, quality, and overall profitability. The primary focus is resolving customer issues that are unable to be resolved through standard support channels. Multiple types of equipment will be supported including tractors, combines, windrowers, and other harvesting equipment.
