TITLE: Room Attendant Lead LAST UPDATED: August 11, 2025 DIVISION: DEPARTMENT: Hotel REPORTS TO: Hotel Shift Supervisor FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt COMP LEVEL: 6 ________________________________________________________________ Summary: Supervises and coordinates cleaning crew activities for an assigned shift and/or area of responsibility. The intent of this position description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by this position. Employee(s) may be required to perform position-related tasks other than those specifically listed in this description. Essential Job Functions: - Coordinates, schedules and supervises cleaning activities and special projects. - Inspects area of responsibility for quality of work performed, proper maintenance, adequacy of supplies and compliance with hotel safety and quality standards. - Monitors Room Attendants as they clean rooms and park models; delegates extra duties as necessary; ensures quality standards are met. - Assigns work areas, completes work assignment paperwork and “end of day” clean room reports. - Runs vacant room reports for hotel and RV park periodically and at the end of the day. - Trai...
