Customer Service Representative (Transport)

Rocke Brothers is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. What you’ll be doing: Build strong relationships with customers and the operations team. Proactively manage customer inquiries and ensure service levels and satisfaction are met. Communicate clearly and promptly with both customers and internal teams. Coordinate client orders with warehouse and transport teams to meet daily requirements. Track and report on performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Ensure stock is accurately accounted for in preparation for stocktakes. Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and deliver efficient solutions. Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude, with a “Customer is KING” mindset. Manage time effectively, problem-solve, and multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
