Summary: This position supports NGB-J5J (J55) and the Joint Staff by developing strategies, campaign plans, and policies. The location for this work is on site at NGB TARC Arlington, VA. Job Description: - Provide support the strategic and special plans branch reports, assessments, documents analysis, general research, meeting coordination and support - Provide real-time support to NGB J5-J led or NGB J5-J attended working groups supporting the NG Joint Staff, Army National Guard (ARNG), Air National Guard (ANG), Chief’s Action Group, and the Judge Advocate (JA) - Facilitate and coordinate working group meetings, draft and distribute meeting invitations to attendees, as determined by the Government, identify and document attendee names, collaborate with Government personnel to develop meeting agendas and timelines for each session - Gather topics from all relevant parties, develop and distribute electronic read-ahead materials and briefings prior to each working group meeting - Observe and...
