We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Manager – Risk & Compliance to play a pivotal role in supporting our Superannuation (Master Trust) business through a period of transformation. This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner with senior leaders, influence strategic initiatives, and work with service providers and help embed a strong, forward looking risk culture across the business. This senior Line 1 Risk role reports into the Head of Risk. As a hands-on trusted advisor, you’ll provide high quality risk and compliance support while driving the uplift and embedment of Insignia Financial’s Risk Management Framework. You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, regulation, and operations, to ensure we deliver compliant, well governed, and customer centric outcomes.
