RN - Wound Clinic - Part Time - Dayshift 64 hrs. Biweekly, Mon. - Fri. Shifts Between: 6am - 5pm Meritus Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wound Center team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality wound care and supporting a seamless continuum of care for our patients. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, provide advanced wound treatments, deliver patient and family education, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team to promote optimal healing outcomes. Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough wound assessments, treatments, and ongoing evaluations for patients - Implement and monitor evidence-based wound care practices, including negative pressure wound therapy, compression therapy, and bioengineered tissue applications - Educate patients and families on wound prevention, nutrition, and at-home care strategies - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team—including physicians, nurse practitioners, dietitians, physical therapists, and case managers—to develop and adjust individualized care plans - Accurately document assessments, treatments, and patient progress in the electronic me...
