The Engineered Drives Business Unit of the Industrial Powertrain Segment (IPS) is seeking a seasoned Operations professional to lead our Renew gearing/services plant in Milwaukee, WI. This is an on-site position . This leader will drive plant performance, operational transformation, play a key role in developing and realizing a vision, and achieve both short- and long-term strategic objectives. Organizational Leadership: - Full plant responsibility, leading all aspects of the manufacturing operations, facilities, planning, tactical purchasing and supply chain management, materials management, and associates. - Lead a cross-functional organization and operational value streams by setting objectives, developing plans, executing daily management activities and implementing corrective action as required to ensure customer success. - Build, develop, and grow the plant operations leadership into a strong team that is performance-based, visually managed with KPI’s, and a high say-do ratio. - Establish organizational vision in both quantitative and qualitative measures with the ability to progress toward established vision. - Foster a learning organization that is invested in recognizing a...
