Job Title: Lead Program Manager Job Description: We are hiring a Lead Program Manager to drive execution across Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Engineering within the Global Product Organization (GPO). This role will partner closely with engineering, architecture, security, SRE, IT, and cloud teams to deliver foundational platform capabilities that enable product teams to move faster - securely and reliably. Key responsibilities: Own delivery of a portfolio of Cloud Infra and Platform Engineering initiatives (roadmaps, milestones, outcomes). Build and maintain integrated plans across teams; actively manage dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions. Establish and run effective operating rhythms (planning cadences, status reporting, governance forums, exec readouts). Drive cross-functional alignment with partners such as Security, SRE, Cloud, IT, Legal, and Finance/Procurement as needed. Ensure clear definition of scope, success metrics, timelines, and accountability for major initiatives.
