JOB SUMMARY: The Cellar Crew 3 Operator is responsible for all day-to-day wine production and is proficient in all cellar duties and equipment, with minimal supervision. The position follows standard work methods and practices that create safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
