Job Overview: The transportation coordinator plans, organizes, and coordinates the daily transportation services of AltaMed PACE participants. The Transportation Coordinator works closely with the Transportation clerk, dispatcher, and driver in scheduling and coordinating the transportation needs of PACE participants. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, required. Minimum 1-year experience in coordinating a program. Experience working in the health care field and/or geriatrics setting required.
